Tuesdays & Thursdays $30 per 4 week session any 2 classes per week
5pm-545pm Sculpt & Abs
A mixture of strength and toning exercises using 
body weight, bands and dumb bells to tone major muscles and strengthen abs all in a Christ Centered environment. If you are looking for something a little low keyed then this is the class for you.
6pm-645pm - Boot Camp Fitness
Body weight calisthenics and calorie/fat burning cardiovascular workouts that will help tone and strengthen muscles.
In addition, you will enjoy the combination of personal attention and social interaction in a Christ Centered environment. High energy class with modifications provided.
